Your DIY Supplies

DIY supplies and paper packages are generally shipped within 7-14 business days* after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Broker and custom fees will apply if package crosses the Canadian border. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Stationery Order

Tailored stationery orders are generally shipped within 14 business days* after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS Standard or UPS Expediate with tracking number. If you prefer delivery by another carrier an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before checking out. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Return Policy

Up-opened DIY supplies can be returned 7 days of placing the order for store credit. (You will receive a credit code to be used on your next order).

Since wedding stationery, baby announcements, personalized note cards and party invitations are created just for you and cannot be re-sold, these items cannot be returned for a refund. We will, however, reprint an order if:

1) your order was damaged during shipping
2) the items you received do not match the proofs you approved

In the event of either of these circumstances, we require that you contact us within 3 days of delivery. If goods have been damaged in transit, please retain all packaging – we may require a digital photo of the damaged package in order to file a claim with our shipping provider.

If we have made a mistake on our end, we will reprint your order as quickly as possible. It usually takes 5-7 days to re-print an order.

Please note that items cannot be returned based on color. Computer monitors are calibrated differently so the colors you see online might be slightly different from the actual printed colors. Before placing your order online, we highly recommend that you order a sample of the design or color you're interested in so that you can see it in person.

Cancellation Policy

For any stationery that requires personalization, there is a cancellation charge of 35% of your total order if you decide to cancel your order after proofs have been sent.

Once your final proof is approved and the printing process has started, there are no cancellations, and no refunds.

Tailored Stationery Set

1 Choose the item or stationery set you like from the website,  add it to the shopping card and proceed to checkout securely through pay-pal.

2 ) After the purchase is complete shecreates will send a design request form. Please fill out all of the details for your design and return it to cindy@shecreates.ca. The design form will allow you to choose the colours, writing & font as shown on the website.

3 ) Once shecreates receives your details a digital mock up will arrive in via email within 3-5 business days.

4 ) Please read through the wording carefully to make sure all information and spelling is correct. 2 rounds of changes are included with the design, any other changes that are required will be charged a $5.00 fee per revision.

5 ) Upon approval of your final design, a hard copy mock up will be put together, if this is approved the print process will begin. Your invitations will require a 3-4 weeks to process from the date of your final approval.

6 ) Once complete we can arrange local pickup or shipping, shipping charges will apply
